I am looking for ways to embellish and make my Anti-Tarnish Jewelry Bags cuter and I want to share what I have found. I love these adorable fabric flowers. Clicking on the picture will take you to the designers website for a tutorial.
Okay, so I am new to the blogging thing and I didn't think to take pictures until after I made the wreath. For anyone with any crafty-abilities, you shouldn't have a hard time understanding how I made this autumn wreath. Materials Needed and How to:
A few years back I purchased a plain grapevine wreath from Micheal's (I believe I only paid 2.99 for it). This week I purchased one fall leaf spray from Walmart for $3.00. The only other supplies I used were wire cutters and a brown ribbon I had on hand. I took the fall leaves and wove them into the grapevine wreath, taking time to space them and make them sit with the right side up (as much as possible). One could use wire to hold them in place, or a glue gun. I didn't see a need for it. .....et Voila! 40 minutes later, a beautiful wreath for my front door. This could be made for any season - think flowers (Christmas, spring, summer...). Just let your creative juices flow!
